Unlimited email sending volume for your success

Bulk Mail Server®

We provide each server with a FREE domain name that you can use only for the purpose of sending mass email, But you may wish to use your own domain name for your account's SMTP server.

You should register a domain name to host on your VPS server in order to get more legitimacy to your out going emails, and we don't recommend you to use your current website domain name , that is sending mail shots is not always pure from SPAM risk which may harm your official website domain name.

You can send email from your domain using SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) instead of using our default mail servers, Depending on your intended use, you may wish to use a subdomain at your own domain name for your account's SMTP server.

Using SMTP allows you to send out transactional emails (notification emails) to your customers as if the email originated from your COMPANY email address, so all replies will be independent of our SMTP mail servers.

Ways to host your domain at BMS:

  • (Recommended) You can order a new domain name from our sole partner Webmaster, they will do the whole technical work for you.
  • You've to use our name servers. Submit a DNS modification request to the company where you registered your domain providing Primary and Secondary Name Server information (ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com).
  • If you choose a third-party DNS server and do not want to host your domain on our name servers, you can add appropriate records into your DNS pointing to your web-server's (VPS) IP address.
  • This is very easy to do - you can create a CNAME setting in your DNS which points to mail.YOUR-SMTP-SERVER.com.
For example, if you wanted a subdomain of smtp.yourdomain.com, then you would create a DNS record like this:
    smtp.yourdomain.com >>>  CNAME >>> mail.YOUR-SMTP-SERVER.com

Please note that after making this change your mailing software may have difficulty verifying the security certificate. This is normal behavior. It can be removed by turning off security settings, but this is not recommended.

The other option is to point all you domain to our servers by changing the NAMESERVERS of your domain, so you can host all the website content, database and emails. this is the most easy way yet not recommended to users who intended to use the smtp server to send huge bulk emails due to spam complaints may reported against this domain.
